Happy employees mean more productivity.

The first step to designing the work space is "Getting the #Design Concept right!" There are lots of studies being published which confirm that people become more #productive if they are happy. This means that creating a #healthy #harmonious #happy work space that employees thrive in will benefit businesses.


One of the recent study by economists at the University of Warwick found that happiness led to a 12% spike in productivity, while unhappy workers proved 10% less productive. “We find that human happiness has large and positive causal effects on productivity. #Positive emotions appear to #invigorate human beings.”


So, the million $ question is - "HOW DO WE DESIGN A WORK SPACE THAT ENERGIZE PEOPLE?"
